Originally constructed in 1901, The Ginkgo Tree property provides a window into the past. Following an elegant refurbishment in 2010, our beautiful property has been a meeting place for many social events, weddings and parties. This stately building is a stunning venue for your upcoming event.

The Ginkgo Tree is the perfect location for your next event. Our gorgeous patio overlooks the 50-acre Island Park surrounded by the Chippewa River, with plenty of parking space for your guests.

3-day exclusive access to The Ginkgo Tree

Includes:​

  •  Friday drop-off (3-9pm), set up and rehearsal practice

  •  Saturday (8am-11pm) access for bridal party to begin getting ready, hair/makeup, additional set up and entertaining.

  •  Sunday (10am-1pm) pick-up/clean up

  •  9 elegantly decorated guest rooms for you and 16 of your guests to enjoy for two full nights together, while dinning each morning over a gourmet breakfast​

  • Exclusive access to full venue, buildings, grounds, all included amenities

    • A historic property with refined gardens and a view overlooking the flowing river​ from our expansive terrace

  • 2 unique outdoor ceremony spaces (customizable for your event layout)

    • Gazebo or wrought iron gating overlooking the Chippewa River​

  • A lovely indoor and outdoor space for you and your guest to enjoy during your weekend stay.

  • A large Bridal Suite for you to get ready on site

  • On site groom/groomsmen lounge

  • 30'x40' Sparkling white tent

  • On-site parking and overflow parking for guests

  • Air conditioning in all of our indoor spaces

  • ADA accessible bathrooms

  • Weekly insect control/mitigation

  • Event/Venue Coordinator

    • Works with you from your initial consultation to help plan, organize,  and oversee the planning of your event. From your personal venue tour to your multiple design appointments, we will identify your vision, budget, and guest count.

    • Continuous email corresponding and phone conferences to ensure your wedding is all that you envision and more.

    • On site during your event to assist with your planning, vendor logistics, rehearsal and day-of venue set up.

  • Event Staff

    • Setup of all tables, chairs, linens, lounge furniture, lighting accents, etc (all before you arrive)​

    • Perform continuous cleaning, clearing and stocking of service items, emptying trash, and general maintenance throughout your event

    • Hourly bathroom touch-up and restocking

    • Facilitate A/V Equipment, speakers and microphone, and related onsite tech for you and your DJ/Band/Musicians/Vendors

  • Pricing includes all taxes, administrative fees

    • Catering and Bar Services not included

Saturday Wedding Rehearsal Add-on | $2,500

  • Add an extra half day on Friday (6 hours, 3-9pm) to your wedding experience. Spend time together decorating, rehearsing, preparing and enjoying your peaceful and exclusive riverfront access. Catering and bar services not included.
