How many guests does your venue accommodate?

The Ginkgo Tree hosts events up to 120 people.

Do you provide parking?

Yes, The Ginkgo Tree has on site and overflow parking available. Please note, we do not allow cars to stay on the property overnight, unless you are an overnight guest.

Will your staff by involved in setting up and breaking down the decor? In what capacity?

The Ginkgo Tree production and execution team is exclusively responsible for the setup and breakdown of in-house rental and service items. All outside decor and rental items are the sole responsibility of the Client.

are there any decor restrictions?

Nails, staples, pushpins, duct tape, confetti, glitter and glue are not permitted. String and wire are acceptable materials for decorating. Decorations are not permitted on the walls or windows of the Venue.  Host will be responsible for any damages to the facilities as provided in the Agreement.  Rice, birdseed or confetti shall not be thrown or used anywhere at the Venue.  Use of these decorations can result in up to a $500 clean up fee.

When can vendors/clients arrive for setup?

Vendors/clients arrive during your rental period, per your agreement, and are also responsible for breaking down florals and decor during your rental period. Any additional time needed will be based on availability and will result in additional charges.

Do we have to purchase liquor through you, or can we source liquor elsewhere?

Yes. All liquor is purchased and provided by The Ginkgo Tree. You are not able to outsource liquor and beverage services.

Is the ginkgo tree ADA accessible?

Yes, our property and bathrooms are ADA accessible.

Do you have overnight accommodations?

The Ginkgo Tree is a Historic Boutique Hotel and Private Event Venue, complete with a large front veranda, ornate woodwork and stained glass.  We offer a unique ability to host you and 16 of your family & friends on-site.
